Instructions for Workforce Referral Agencies
The GoSolarSF Incentive Program provides a incentive for residential installations performed by certified GoSolarSF Workforce Development contractors. This incentive is designed to spur job growth and provide clients from Approved Workforce Development Referral Agencies with new employment opportunities.

These are the steps to participate in the GoSolarSF Program as an Approved Workforce Development Referral Agency:

Step 1: Get on the Approved GoSolarSF Workforce Referral Agency List. You can get on this list by completing a participation form and submitting the required documentation. You can find the participation form and information here. You will be asked to submit a letter declaring your interest to participation, information about your workforce program and supply necessary documentation. If your program meets the requirements of the program, your agency will be placed on the Approved GoSolarSF Workforce Referral Agency List.

Step 2: Refer Workers to Solar Installers. Solar installers will contact your program administrator and will send you job descriptions. You may refer workers that meet the minimum requirements.

Step 3: Submit Quarterly Performance Reports. You will be asked to submit information about the clients that you refer to Solar Installers. These reporting requirements are outlined in the program participation requirements. You may find the quarterly report here.
