Workforce Development Funding Opportunities

OEWD’s Mission is to support the ongoing economic vitality of San Francisco. OEWD provides city-wide leadership for workforce development, business attraction and retention, and neighborhood commercial revitalization with a commitment to progress and improvement especially in our lowest income and most vulnerable neighborhoods. 

In order to facilitate our ongoing commitment to coordinate a stronger system of services aligned along a comprehensive workforce development framework, the Workforce Development Division of the Office of Economic and Workforce Development periodically releases funds to conduct competitive bidding that targets adult and youth workforce services.  All services provided are based on meeting the workforce needs of San Francisco residents and local businesses.
