Ximena A. Delgado is a Senior Vice President and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) Program Manager in the Bank of America Charitable Foundation. She manages the Foundation’s Asset Building, Native American, and Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) portfolios at a national level. She engages in issues relating to community development, neighborhood preservation, community revitalization, economic mobility and D&I.

Previously, Ms. Delgado served as the San Francisco Market Manager for Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs, where she managed the local foundation and sponsorship budgets and Market President Strategy. Ms. Delgado has held previous roles within the Bank. She has held the Community Relations Manager role for the East Bay, San Francisco and North Bay Markets, where she was responsible for coordinating the bank’s community development reinvestment activities. Ms. Delgado joined Bank of America in 1998.

Ms. Delgado graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley and earned a Master’s degree in Science from the Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy at the New School for Social Research in New York. In addition, Ms. Delgado holds an Executive Master’s of Business degree from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, Seattle. She is a Woodrow Wilson National Fellow.

An active member of the community, Ms. Delgado serves on nonprofit boards, including being a member of the Workforce Investment Board, Enterprise Community Partners Northern California Leadership Council and a past member of Citizen’s Committee on Community Development for the City and County of San Francisco, Hope SF Steering Committee, and the Local Advisory Committee with the Bay Area Local Initiatives Support Corporation. Ms. Delgado is a Co-Chair for the Bank of America San Francisco Bay Area HOLA (Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership & Advancement) Chapter.

Ms. Delgado and her wife of twenty-one years, Frederique Clermont, reside in San Francisco and have two children.
