Small Business Commission
The Small Business Commission, composed of seven members, oversees the Office of Small Business (OSB), which is the City's central point of information and referral for entrepreneurs and small businesses in San Francisco.

The San Francisco Film Commission, composed of eleven members, works to develop, recognize and promote film activities in San Francisco.

Historic Preservation Fund Committee
The Historic Preservation Fund Committee, composed of seven members, makes recommendations regarding disbursement of funds for preservation-related work in San Francisco.
Learn moreThe Historic Preservation Fund Committee was created to help disburse funds ($2.5 million) from an account established by a settlement agreement signed by the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco. With input from the Historic Preservation Fund Committee (HPFC), OEWD provides historic preservation grants for preservation-related work in San Francisco, including education, feasibility studies, research and documentation, and the nomination of properties to state and federal registers. The Committee generally meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 9:30am, in City Hall, Room 421.

Late Night Transportation Working Group
Late Night Transportation Working Group is composed of stakeholders interested in late night transportation issues in the Bay Area.
Learn moreIn June 2014, the Office of Economic and Workforce Development and the San Francisco Entertainment Commission formed a Late Night Transportation Working Group comprised of local transportation providers, representatives from nighttime and early-morning businesses, nightlife advocates, labor unions with employees who work late nights or early mornings, and other stakeholders interested in late night transportation issues.
